A. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using the Contact Form
When you request our services (language courses, translations, interpreting), we will process the personal data you provide, primarily through the inquiry form and/or shopping cart. This data includes: name, surname, phone number, and email address.
Why do we need this information?
To contact you for further arrangements regarding our offer and, if necessary, to facilitate your translations, interpreting, or language courses.
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – processing necessary for the performance of a contract or for taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long will we process your personal data?
If we do not enter into further cooperation, we will process your data for up to 5 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Purchase
When you order a translation, interpreting service, group, individual, or corporate course from us, we will handle the personal data you provide. This includes: name, surname, phone number, email, address, and the company’s name and identification details.
If you purchase a day camp for your children, we will process the personal data you provide, which includes: name, surname, phone number, email, names and birth dates of the enrolled children, their health insurance number, and any health information directly related to their stay at the camp.
Why do we need this information?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract and provide you with our services. Your contact details are necessary for communication regarding the status of your order, any complaints, or inquiries.
We will also process personal data to meet our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, and potentially for handling complaints).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations.
How long will we process your personal data?
For the duration of providing our service and then for 5 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out during your purchase, we will use your email address to send you our updates.
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services.
How long will we process your personal data?
We will process your data for 5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time or contact us at: info@jill.cz.
II. Who has access to the data?
Your data will be kept with us. Some cooperating companies and individuals have limited access to necessary data as they assist us with the operation of our website. These include:
- Our affiliated companies within the JŠ JILL group
- Website operators and administrators
- The bank processing payments
- The email service provider
We process personal data solely within the European Union.
