What will you learn?
The course focuses on developing all the Czech language skills needed at B2 level:
- fluent speaking and conversation on a wide range of topics
- understanding more complex conversations and spoken Czech
- reading and understanding authentic texts, articles and other materials
- writing clear, structured formal and informal texts
- advanced grammar and a wider range of vocabulary
- expressing opinions, explaining ideas and participating in discussions
At B2 level, the focus is on becoming a more independent and confident user of Czech. You will learn to communicate effectively in more complex everyday, professional and social situations, discuss different topics in greater detail, explain and defend your opinions and react naturally in conversations.
You will also work with authentic Czech materials and gradually expand your vocabulary, improve grammatical accuracy and develop a more natural way of expressing yourself.
A good knowledge of Czech at approximately B1 level is required. The course will help you progress towards B2 level and become more fluent, accurate and confident when using Czech.
Our lessons take place in small groups, allowing every student plenty of opportunities to speak, participate in discussions, ask questions and receive individual feedback and support from the teacher.
